Thats linux. It even differs between window-managers AFAIK. Lack of ressources..

Maybe to avoid this window-manager-problems? Also the code is very similar. And, does it make your code bigger? BTW, i like that view/linux can't do this titlebar-hiding. Else, show image of screenshot, let user enter password..
