I have read my mind ! I have been thinking about REBOL.ORG too.

I don't know how is the engine behind rebol.org but it seems we only need a
way to upload ZIP files other then scripts and a link to the homepage of the
project.

I agree with you and already asked sunanda which accepted me to the library
