[REBOL] Re: Docbase, Rebol Applications and central repository

From: carl:cybercraft at: 19-Feb-2008 7:04

In my case, I only search rebol.org for scripts if I'm looking for a specifically REBOL-related program. Whereas if I'm looking for a program that does such-and-such, I'll normally Google for it, (or look in Tucows or similar), with the odds of that method turning up a REBOL program being pretty slim. I'm not sure a central repository of REBOL programs would change this behaviour, as Google's good for finding popular programs quickly, with 'popular' usually meaning there's plenty of online comments about them to give you some idea of how good or otherwise they are. What about others? If looking for a program that does X, how do you go about finding it? -- Carl Read. On Monday, 18-February-2008 at 21:38:25 Giuseppe Chillemi wrote,
