The script loads the data file that contains info on the files and 
how to download handle them. Archives are usually downloaded and 
unpacked. You just have to put both files in a directory and run 
the script.

So to use the power pack, we have to load the module system first 
....
I was just looking to see what I needed to use the html-filter function, 
and it seems I have to load the module system, and then import all 
stuff needed to run the html-filter ...
To use this you need to download a bzip decompression utility, and 
then you need to download something that will untar ....
Do you really need the GNU make to generate all the .r scripts ??

Looking back at the discussions, it looks like it was a similar idea 
to what the R3 group has been calling R3/Plus.
A place for community-provided library code that isn't included in 
the standard REBOL distribution.
Similar ideas seem to get brought up again and again with different 
names.
