[REBOL] Plugin alternatives for IE 5.5+ ?

Since MS discontinued Plugin support for > IE5 doe anyone see an
alternative, for example an AciveX control [or whatever is now called] which
will run in IE5.5?
Curiously I tried downloading the Plugin for my IE5.5 and it worked!.. at
least for a couple of days. But no longer. No idea wehat is going on, except
that I did reinstall Rebol a couple of times and that seems to have broken
the Plugin. Can't get it to work in Netscape at all. So maybve problem is
local to my registry [Win9se].
I know Rebol is a tiny download, but it helps introduce many people directly
to it via web plugin is a valuable bonus.
