[REBOL] International Rebol via locale and langauge

Wondering about Andrew's nice /locale suggestion to make Rebol more global.
Calender names are perhaps the first place people like to use their own
familiar [human] vocabulary. Monday Lundi Lunes etc.. are good choices for
end-isers of reblets, but one may want to much deper than this.
How to facilitate this so the Rebol is ready for a wider itnernational
audience?
What about common internal Rebol words?
Is there any sense in being able to offer broad Rebol/locale tools?
For example a sytem or script environment might initialize
forenglish/francais/italiano etc. This would then accept words from a local
voabulary.
What about handling accents or more complicated demands like
Korean/Japanese/Chinese etc. Where does Rebol stand regards Unicode? An
importnat issue for Python upgrade recently was standardizing Unicode within
it.
Rebol's idea of dialects seems partly intended for this. But I have not seen
much yet about dialects in Rebol or how one might swap 'business' dialect
for 'espanol'.
Any suggestions..?
thanks
