In general (and take with a grain of salt), Rebol HQ wants to make money
when you make money with Rebol. So if you're only saving time/effort and
there was no profit made by this, only savings in costs, there's no royalty.
If you start selling an application that involves Rebol software in any way,
you should pay Rebol HQ royalties based on your sales.
IIRC, if you give away your software or it's open source, there's no royalty
(as you're being altruistic).
IIRC, SDK price includes royalties based on a small number of sales in it's
price.
BUT! Please take the above as just rumour and hearsay. It's best to contact
Rebol HQ (I believe it's best to contact Cindy or Carl directly), and get
the full details.
I hope that helps a bit.
