On Win98 I see:
view/options layout [arrow up][resize]
-- A window about twice the length I'd expect (but that's understandable as
the title bar has been stretched to include the min/max buttons)
-- The left half of the background is rebol default color; the right half is
white
-- Any attempt to resize the window correctly colors the whole background.
I don't know if that's *your* problem, But, if it is, we now know it affects
XP and 98,
