Yes, on win2k I see that the resizeable window is
larger than the non-resizeable window, and that
the difference of the two inner window areas is
not drawn correctly initially.
I think it was discussed quite a while ago?

Actually, on ROACH, it looks like there needs to be a
project created for Rebol so that there is a place
to submit bugs. I'll see if the author Chris Page
responds to email and get back to you.
