It looks fine to me (on Amiga). What are you seeing that's wrong? -- Carl Read

Sorry Carl, I forgot to mention that it happens under WinXP...Probably OS specific problem? regard, Cyphre

On Win98 I see: view/options layout [arrow up][resize] -- A window about twice the length I'd expect (but that's understandable as the title bar has been stretched to include the min/max buttons) -- The left half of the background is rebol default color; the right half is white -- Any attempt to resize the window correctly colors the whole background. I don't know if that's *your* problem, But, if it is, we now know it affects XP and 98, Sunanda.

WIN98 too (Do you mean that white box right to arrow?)

Yes, I mean the white box on the right... it looks like under Windows is the size of the window forced to some default minimum size while using /options [resize] it is probably OS specific bug IMO Cyphre ----- Original Message ----- From: "Boleslav Brezovsky" <[rebolek--seznam--cz]> To: <[rebol-list--rebol--com]> Sent: Thursday, June 20, 2002 2:07 PM Subject: [REBOL] Re: bug in resize?? Yes, on win2k I see that the resizeable window is larger than the non-resizeable window, and that the difference of the two inner window areas is not drawn correctly initially. I think it was discussed quite a while ago? Not sure... You should check ROACH bug tracker: http://www.starforge.co.uk/scgi-bin/roach.cgi If not there, submit to feedback and ROACH (mentioning that you submitted to feedback). Actually, on ROACH, it looks like there needs to be a project created for Rebol so that there is a place to submit bugs. I'll see if the author Chris Page responds to email and get back to you. Anton.

Hi, Under Linux (Lindows SPX) then the window is definitely larger than I expected, but there is no "white space" ;-) So I expect that it is en fact a windoze problem. Enjoy!! Ammon On Thursday 20 June 2002 05:32 am, Cyphre wrote:
