My domain hoster - cniweb.net - is very rebol friendly, but not cheap. At
least $24 per month, but they will do just about anything (within reason) for
you - as opposed to a "server farm".
I do know of a couple of ISPs here in Alaska who won't host rebol directly,
but they will allow you to install the rebol binary directly into your own
domain's cgi-bin. I don't know how safe that is, but it is workable, as rebol
is a very simple system to install, compared to perl or python.
I'm shortly going to a meeting of local telco sysadmins, I'll ask their
opinion of the last method.
