Yes - Hardware Abstraction Layer.
I was joking! I imagined such definition.
The problem about Rebol compilation is Rebol is not open source, and only
Rebol technologies has the sources.
So who can compile them? ..................................
I'm looking for info about Wildman (for my curiosity).
