This is very interesting, I've tried this in the past, with
no success, but I didn't use the enctype.
BTW: I've used pathinfo extensively in the past for config
values. It's never let me down. IOWS
http://rebol.mksa.net/make-cgi/cgi.reb/mammals/cats/tabby
pathinfo yields ['mammals' 'cats' 'tabby']
data structure depending on the parsing method of course.
