Group: Power Mezz ... Discussions of the Power Mezz [web-public]
Oldes: 20-Dec-2010 | It's always easier to do: parse html [thru "<title>" copy title to "<"] than parse complete html to something like a block structure and dig title in it.
Group: !REBOL3 Modules ... Get help with R3's module system [web-public]
Andreas: 23-Dec-2010 | As it seems those issues are forgotten by now, I guess I'll have to dig them out again.
Group: Core ... Discuss core issues [web-public]
Gregg: 8-Jul-2011 | I did some a long time ago Henrik. It isn't fast enough to work on data of any size though. I can dig it out if you're interested. Can't remember what state of completion it's in.
Geomol: 16-Aug-2011 | Ladislav, if you try follow my thoughts, you can figure that out yourself. Steeve, maybe that law is a design flaw, that causes many problems? Like the example returning "bug", which started much of this conversation. Gabriele, ... Gabriele, you strengten my tolerance, and thank you for that. "that kills dialecting" I've seen you writing that before, and it puzzles me every time. (Well, probably different understanding again.) Thank you for suggesting Scheme, but I don't have time to dig into a new language right now. Should we let it rest?
Group: Red ... Red language group [web-public]
Pekr: 24-Dec-2011 | Cool, I might dig-up my Beagle Board :-)
Group: World ... For discussion of World language [web-public]
Geomol: 4-Dec-2011 | Size is probably because of some Windows includes/libs. From my mac: -rwxrwxr-x+ 1 john staff 360286 4 Dec 09:53 world_linux -rwxr-xr-x 1 john staff 346216 3 Dec 11:27 world_macosx -rw-r--r--+ 1 john staff 515991 4 Dec 09:50 world_win32.exe The OS X and Linux version is much smaller. I have to dig into that at some point. But I don't think, it's so important right now.
Gregg: 27-Jan-2012 | I admit that I haven't made time to dig into World, but there is already a *lot* there from what I have seen. Personally, I am very interested. I am also very interested in leveraging community efforts in support of all the REBOL-like languages that are available. |
