@Doc, Ah yes indeed the download.r script! I need to try to get that 
working here together with fossil.

@amacleod, your question has been answered to your satisfaction regarding 
10:33. My previous answer was my try to give some extra info on the 
whereabouts of the files that Kaj provided,as he has been away for 
an hour or so. At 10:50 I had not received the posts from 10:05 and 
later.

I copied my list from my browser address field history. Should have 
noticed GLib (first I had tried GLIB and found nothing) was the one 
you asked for.

People, no need to do all that manually. Just run the download.r 
with Fossil installed

Kaj, I already several times tried to look for something, not being 
succesfull. I always need to look up for certain link. Why your main 
domain - http://red.esperconsultancy.nl/, displays just "not found"? 
Imo there should be some central page, displaying the list of your 
projects .... would really simplify the move between fossil mess 
...

I managed to get the fossildownload from the download.r script running, 
unfortunately everything ended in the downloads folder where the 
script was still placed. I reran the script from the folder I wanted 
the repositories to land. I copied the terminal information output 
to a text document for there are several passwords created for the 
repos and I had not yet time to store them properly..

No I have all the files from the Red.esperconsultancy.nl site complete 
locally.

No need to look the links up over and over again.

The domain is owned by Bas. Think it is company policy. To keep the 
links from search engines etc.

Whenever asked for the correct link, Kaj provides it. Or a volunteer 
like me posts a reminder. :-)

How does anyone know, there is a download script?

You follow the news here do you? It has been mentioned several times. 
I look up the time of the post.

It is that ppl outside of here can't know ... Well, many ppl will 
go via offical website and its contributions section. Maybe the script 
could be mentioned there, dunno. OTOH most of the bindings are listed 
there, so maybe there's no need to do so ...

website for Red, but that I have been too busy so far with doing 
actual Red work

the download script has one big issue - it requires to install Fossil.

In the meantime, you have websites for each project

I believe it would not be difficult to write a script, which would 
download your sources without Fossil, but it's not my priority... 
just wanted to note, that there are people who don't want to install 
Fossil.

I don't need to install REBOL, I'm using REBOL many years already 
and for many purposes every day, I'm sure I would not use Fossil 
for anything else than just download your scripts.

So the Fossil dependency is very much like the REBOL dependency

I also want to get rid of the REBOL dependency, because there are 
new Red users who don't have REBOL installed. Same thing, but currently 
I have to use REBOL for the script

I know, but you are the only one I know. I was already thinking if 
you would have a problem if someone would mirror your files on Github, 
wouldn't you?

How many people do you know who use Red? Do you also think that's

Take it easy, I have no problem with your Fossil usage.. I just wanted 
to tell you, that someone else may find it not so friendly. Off topic 
btw.

Half a year ago people complained about the Fossil websites, so I 
developed the download script for them. That will have to do for 
now. I'm sure that when I make the website, people will want something 
else again

Exactly, and that's not going to happen. I develop in Fossil, so 
that's the source of things
