We always film those conferences, but live transmissions are probably 
not going to be possible

has been unreliable from that place

We have a Winter Syllable Conference there a month before, so we'll 
try to keep a tap on it

Kaj, even NL isn't that big it would make sense to tell where it 
will be held. :-)

Yes, I can do that. To give an overview what we plan, how things 
are organized etc.

No, that's OK. We'll just scale the conference to what people want 
to put in :-)

How big is the audience? Decides about the style I use.

Are we talkig about a small group 20 people or a couple of hundred?

To be honest, we'll be very pleased if we reach 20. This is just 
our first attempt at a REBOL conference

Yep. The bigger conferences we do have much broader topics, such 
as Software Freedom Day and Document Freedom Day

Bas is also considering a Domain Specific Languages Day to get somewhere 
inbetween

The Rascal author at Software Freedom Day responded well to my Boron 
presentation
