I guess you can't focus a camera on Glass

Yah, the rule is simple for the Cam, less than 50% of the area needs 
to be the projecfed image, it should then stay in focus when somoene 
is standing in front of it.

Graham, the camera guy does not speak english and is not online on 
AltME. I don't even know whether he is communicating with the rest

all of these problems with Skype and such are giving me ideas on 
video, audio and text feeds that can be redirected and piped on the 
fly to servers that transmit with very specific needs. off the shelf 
components seem to fall short here.
