I don't think Carl meant that it's becoming an official suppotr
mechanism in any way, but that the REBOL community is still very
active; just somewhere else.

SafeWorlds is meant for private groups, though you could certainly
make your own world as open as you want. It's not meant for anonymous
postings by anyone who might stop by.

REBOL discussions are everywhere, and there is no perfect mechanism
for all needs. I'd bet this list is still the universal connection
point, but those on Linus or Windows can use the AltME REBOL world.
Some folks are also on other private AltMe worlds and IOS servers.
There are different rules for different places, and a different "feel"
for each.
