What would be good would be a script that builds a library
of all known published Rebol scripts.

foreach site rebsites [
build-library
]
So, you submit your site once, and the main index site
automatically catalogues that site with all its scripts. If
the site stores their scripts in different directories as in
rebol.org, then a bit of spidering would have to be done.
This would show automatically deal with sites that disappear
as well.
