3 .. 2 .. 1 .. lift off!

And rock and roll bands always start songs like:
"a one.. a two.. a 1 2 3 4!"
not
"a zero ... a one .. a zero one two three!!"
Maybe there are some bands that do that, but no one ever
puts them on the radio because it's so weird sounding. :-)
Rock and Roll is definitely one base indexed.
