yes, exactly. When I connected to the internet for the first time - 1995/96, it was time when VisCorp negotiated amiga deal, I was invited to chat into IRC. I installed Netscape IRC client and it wanted some short name - aka nick. Do you know the situation when you have to set some password, and all of a sudden you can't find something suitable :-) So I just took first two letters from my first name, and another two from my last name ....

heh, well. I just hope you visit IRC from time to time. I know lot of folks by their nick names - uF0, Cyphre, Exie etc etc. And sometimes, even when IRC channel meets in reality, we call one each other by our nick names :-) -pekr-
