I haven't heard of any plans for that from RT. Gabriele did it for the
Detective, farming out build requests to machines on the network that
ran the target OS and returned a ready-to-run installer for that
platform.
It shouldn't be too hard to set that up as a service, though you need
trusted machines and either a fee structure, or a way to check license
keys submitted with an encap request.
