[REBOL] GPL-clone *and* Commercial Licenses

I hope RT takes a look at Sleepycat Software's solution to the licensing
problem. Sleepycat offers two different licenses for their product. The
default license is basically the GPL - it's free. The other license is a
conventional license agreement - customers pay for the privilege of not
having to disclose the source.
