It's not so much winning one person at a time, but with getting the word out to the 'average
user' who might use it that here's a tool they would be able to use. How do you advertise
it to such people?

My only worry is that too much of it will require third-party software to make it useful.
Not a problem if the third-party software is written in REBOL, but could be if it requires
a typical Windows install.
