[REBOL] View/Desktop Icon Text

Anyone know how to change the properties of View/Desktop Icon text? The docs give examples for changing color, but I want the text to wrap under the icon (I have many scripts with long names). It would also be useful to change the size and bold properties. Is there something that can be added to the %index.r file, or do I need to make a global change in %user.r or %prefs.r?
