Ideally, Command and View can run all Core scripts. With the different
versions of Rebol, due to the fact that:
Command < View < Core < Express
where "<" is read as "older than", this isn't necessarily so. Some Core
scripts use features that are buggy on older Rebol versions.
It would be really good if Rebol HQ updated all versions of Rebol to the
same standard, then this would apply:
Core <= View
Core <= Command
Core <= Express
where Core is the "core" of the other three "flavours". Then any of
View, Command and Express products would execute any Core script.
