Always a risk when R&D is invested in a new product....

Rebol is the best thing I've seen happen in programming in a long time. IMHO Any criticisms that I have felt or expressed of rebol or RT (speaking for myself here), I believe come from the fact that RT has really done it the hard way. They seem to have gotten their start as a "startup company", probably with venture capital. This is very different from the way that (as far as I know) perl and python developed. (I believe they developed primarily from the educational environment) RT's approach has been very admirable, very daring, and having been part of a "startup" (that failed BTW), I can identify with it, and besides the implementation itself, that's why I remain "loyal". -- Tim Johnson <[tim--johnsons-web--com]> http://www.johnsons-web.com
