[REBOL] Installationproblems on Win XP Prof

Hi,
i downed the latest Version of /View from reboltech.com and wanted to
install it on my Win XP Prof machine. Clicking on the executable just result in
starting the console, but i am missing the installation process where you make
email, Path an network settings. When i open the desktop and want to go to
the user settings the desktopm crashes.
Anybody knows this behaviour??
