I see it with Altme about once a week during startup.
IOS does it at times when opening Conference or Messenger.
Restarting the program usually fixes it. Though on an earlier (I think)
version of REBOL/Link it could happen three or four times in a row.
There is no pattern that I have noticed, other than large files being handled
at the point of failure.
