Okay, but I mean, how does it get used? Do I drop it in cgi-bin on my
site and "browse" to it (one time, to get it running)? Or do I run it
locally?
I didn't mean to give the impression that I was looking for a
walk-thru of how rebcron.r works, rather I'm unsure of the context in
which it is executed.
