Unfortunately, I know more about Apache than IIS. Many Apache hosting
installations allow more control by the user in a given directory. The user
simply inserts a certain name of file in the directory for the desired changes,
which allows one some clever ways to use directories on non-dedicated hosting
services. Perhaps some IIS saavy person knows of some way to assist you.
