since SOAP is an xml dialect generally sent via http(although in the current
incarnation of the format it can be sent via any protocol, according to w3)
and as there are a number of other examples out there of xml made to hitch
on the back of a protocol, generally http(among which are xml-rpc, beepcore,
and webDAV) it seems to me there should be at least some worktools specified
somewhere, with clear tutorials on their use, for binding xml data to a
protocol.
