As far as I understand it is simply an announcement that Vital Needs
International is forming a new company Risen World Technologies that
plans to use Rebol in their product development. So they have acquired
a few software licences nothing more.
I feel the press release is very confusing. I suppose that's to be
expected from companies with names like Vital Needs International and
Risen World Technologies.
