[REBOL] Rebol and UDP

Hello,
Just wondering if anyone had done any work with UDP ports in Rebol?
I've done what I needed to do (sending RCON commands to game servers)
but since UDP isn't a guaranteed protocol I'm sort of wondering how
one handles transport control to do it properly.
Or does Rebol do it automatically when opening a UDP:// URL?
