You've heard of "Damning with faint praise"
This sounds like "Praising with lound damns"
I do agree with Larry W. that rebol's licensing
terms ARE murky and unclear. I've sent several
email for clarification and got ignored.
Just tried to buy and License and got multiple
errors.... RT needs their money and I can't even
give it to them :>(
