[REBOL] Re: REBOL ISPs

Given RT's one-licence-per-CPU rule, who pays for REBOL on servers? The host or their clients? I've searched for hosts offering REBOL support but found only one or two. Does the licence create some reluctance on their part, perhaps? On 15-Jul-01, Dr. Louis A. Turk wrote:
