appears to frequently monitor list at this time.
============================================================
Hello: I'm getting the following error when I attempt to
send a email message of about 26 lines in length.
Server error: tcp 550 DATA line too long (Max 1024)
Near: [insert port reduce data]
Where: none
Does anyone know what is up here? There isn't anything
that I can find in the user's manual regarding this
matter.
TIA
Tim

Hi, Tim,
This is totally off the top of my head (not to be confused with
out of my mind
;-) but how are your lines terminated? Some
protocols expect cf+lf termination and might interpret a run of
lines terminated with newline only as a single long line.
(The coincidence of ~20 lines of ~50 characters totalling ~1K
characters was irresistable...)

This sentence contradicts itself -- no actually it doesn't.
