Make-Doc Documentation?

Does anyone know where to find documentation on the nuances of make-doc.r?
More specifically, how does one use the "=url" command in a make-doc source
file?

=url doesn't work yet as it is. I've made some mods in mine to make it work
but my changes probably wouldn't suit everyone.
under commands I added in the parser
=url
some-chars copy para to newline newline(emit url reduce [text para] )

And in output near the bottom I added (where switch/default doc/1 etc is)
I added
url [emit [build-tag [a href doc/2/1 ] doc/2/2 </a>]]
