webserv.r problems (was Re: Reading other kinds of data files ?)

ok... I'm discovering a number of bugs with the current version of the
server, I've fixed a few of them, and attached the new version (listar may
strip it, but the CC to Paul should go through at least) All that should be
required is to put a working rebol CGI script in the %www folder that the
server uses. There were problems with the content-type checking in the
latest release version of my server, and IE seems to ignore the content type
and try viewing the output with the rebol plugin for .r files on my machine.
Looks like I need to do a serious re-write...
