Hi Tim, I guess the short answer is no. The parse docs do largely cover everything, but just not in a tutorial style. Here are a few resources that might help. There was a very good article by Carl in Dr Dobbs, not long back. (July) Unfortunately the article isn't available online, but the net-dialect source from that article is at http://www.ddj.com/ftp/2000/2000_07/rebol.txt Ingo's article about writing a dialect is at http://www.rebolforces.com/tui-dialect.html is a good starter too. Parse Docs http://www.rebol.com/users/parintro.html Also look at the View beta4.1 Users Guide for the details on block parsing.
