Feedback processing (was: core crash on os x)

Currently, we acknowledge all of the feedback submitted via the web site, although it may take a few days, depending on weekends, holidays, etc. Email feedback piles into a large email box (along with far too much spam) which is processed periodically, but no acknowledgement is sent... although we do plan to improve that in the future. We've had to shut down the majority of our inbound email accounts (like [docs--rebol--com]) due to the large volume of spam they were receiving. The web page feedback is more direct right now.
