I'm glad you got this fixed.....
This appears to be one case where a Micro$oft product is less troublesome.
When I developed on Windows, I used PWS after giving up on Apache. Just
a matter of one entry in the registry. But read on.

Too often, that's the question, regardless of the problem. And more reason to
to find ways to mine the mail list archives. Myself, I save a LOT of stuff
from this list, and I keep meaning to try some formalized manner of searching
my own archives. But some much to do, so little time <sigh>
Anyway, the mailing list is just among the best assets that rebol has,
too bad it can't be utilized further. I believe python has something
like this.
