[REBOL] Running rebol as cgi on Win NT/Mail List Archive Mining

Too often, that's the question, regardless of the problem. And more reason to to find ways to mine the mail list archives. Myself, I save a LOT of stuff from this list, and I keep meaning to try some formalized manner of searching my own archives. But some much to do, so little time <sigh> Anyway, the mailing list is just among the best assets that rebol has, too bad it can't be utilized further. I believe python has something like this.
