GPL-clone *and* Commercial Licenses

I hope RT takes a look at Sleepycat Software's solution to the licensing
problem. Sleepycat offers two different licenses for their product. The
default license is basically the GPL - it's free. The other license is a
conventional license agreement - customers pay for the privilege of not
having to disclose the source.
Interview with Sleepycat CEO - http://www.winterspeak.com/columns/102901.html
innovation and cash flow - what a nice couple!

I looked at it, and yes, something like that could
work well for RT. I have recently began evaluating the
possibility to use REBOL for our research institute's
intranet, but I have doubts that the current licenses
make it harder than it should be. For example, it is
mandatory that our industrial partners get to see some
of the data/discussions and the installation of REBOL
is quite much the upper limit for inconvience I can
demand from them, dealing with licenses is well beyond
that...
The way to go currently is to base your system to
www-applications and spice it with REBOL for internal
use...
