Does anyone know, why Rebol/Command on Windows2000 does load Telephony
and Remote Access DLLs ??
For example
TAPI32.DLL
RASAPI.DLL
RASMAN.DLL
...
are loaded.

Is it loading them directly, or could there be dependencies in there
for other DLLs that REBOL loads? AFAIK, REBOL doesn't expose any
direct functionality they provide. I've used the TAPI and RAS stuff
myself though.

Don't recall all of the functions in those but maybe its to support the com
port cababilities of REBOL.

I am not interested in using them, just curious and/or suspicious
