compare csv files

ok, does anyone got a script that compares the contents of two comma seperated text files?
or can help me make one.. basically i've an email list in one of the text files, and
in the other text file i have all the people who wish to be removed from the mailing
list.. i want to compare them and make a new text file of the good email addresses that
still want to recieve mail.. thx for the help..

I got a script that writes and reads CSV files that probably would be very helpful.
