The OVER function

Is it possible to change a parameter of those function to handle
a slow but effective change of the offset of the mouse ?
Effectively if I move the mouse slowly there is no reaction.
I can move 20 to 30 pixels without reaction if i make it + or - slowly. Is
it a normal behavior ?

for example the changes of the offset.

I haven't had any trouble with it here. Are you using view/options with
[all-over]? What OS are you running on?
