[REBOL] The OVER function

Is it possible to change a parameter of those function to handle a slow but effective change of the offset of the mouse ? Effectively if I move the mouse slowly there is no reaction. I can move 20 to 30 pixels without reaction if i make it + or - slowly. Is it a normal behavior ? Philippe Oehler
