[REBOL] set-net problem.....

The following is the set-net info from my user.r file
which was established upon installing View. It never
allows any messages to be sent when connected to the
Internet via View. All attempts suggest I should check
my net settings and correct as needed.
But they sure look right to me...the domain shown is
my provider (the same name and smtp/pop settings work
fine on say ....Yahoo, where I receive mail from that
domain as well as in my regular Yahoo account.
I can't see what Rebol is complaining about. I really
am ['dutcher--localnet--com'] and my mail server really is
'mail.localnet.com'. ?????
My set-net line:
