[REBOL] Installing IOS

I installed REBOL IOS, as described in the help files, on Linux box that
runs apache. It passes all the test. In fact I was able to connect to the
IOS from my Win XP box using Rebol-link. I was also able to create accounts
for my colleagues, they were also successful to connect to the IOS. Suddenly
all stop to work. I restarted the rebol-serve by issuing the command:
./rebol-serve -s
I got the following:

HTTPS protocol loaded
REBOL/serve 1.0.3.4.2
License info: Now: 5-Jul-2002/14:45:11-5:00 Expires: 15-Sep-2002
** Access Error: Error opening socket listen port
** Where: rmp-init
** Near: open/direct/binary port

What am I doing wrong?
